(doubtful) Really?
Yep. (put-off) Don't you believe me?
Well, you haven't made dinner tonight.
(justified) Ah, but that wasn't on my list.
Oooooh. You mean you've done everything on your list.
(playfully arrogant) Yes. That is exactly what I mean.
(with a touch of sarcasm) I'm so sorry. I should have listened more clearly.
(after a moment of silence) That was a good come-back.

I love that we can have fun, even as we work on our communication skills. *wink*
