Sing it With Me

"I got a couple dents in my fender. Got a couple rips in my jeans.
Tryin' to fit the pieces together, but perfection is my enemy!
On my own I'm so clumsy, but on Your shoulders I can see I'm free to be me."

This is where I'm at today!

  1. Dents in my fenders and rips in my jeans....sure glad the Father is an expert at patching up and making new.

Oh stink...I thought for sure when I saw the title "Sing it With Me" that I was going to open up a post that read something like this:

"Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl..."

    Oh, I kid!

Yes, ma'am...right there with you and Francesca. Looking forward to going to bed without asking God why I tend to blow it so often with those I love -- with my dents in my fender and rips in my jeans!

Thankful that someone (Leah Adams) gave me a little notepad that reminds me that God is a God of do-overs! :)

    Blessings,
    Dori
