TGIF

All I have to say today is - I hate "jumping lunges," I don't think I'm going to be able to walk tomorrow, and I'm glad I don't have to work out again until Monday.
Oh, and even though I sometimes hate Kevin during my workouts, I always think he's the greatest after I'm finished. And I'm always glad he pushed me hard.
Here's to growing through the hard times!

May the peace, grace and love of our wonderful Savior and King fall upon you this weekend.

Loving Jesus,

So were these jumping lunges on the floor, on a step, or bosu? UGH! Either way - OUCH!

BTW - I think my mom might meet me at Kaleidoscope. It's basically half way between the 2 of us. How fun! =)

  3. OK, that's the second post I've read today that has reminded me that I am being a slacker when it comes to working out.
"Someone" (God) must be trying to get me to open my ears and get right on it!

Oh, and Good For You!! Keep It Up!!

  6. "Jumping lunges" sounds like I might injure myself!!! Good heavens. More power to you, girlfriend. I'll stick with walking my steep hills here in these mountains.

  7. Oh man, what I wouldn't do for my gym to be open right now! Trust me, the burn is better than cellulite. LOL I'm getting tired of feeling my thighs flap back and forth in the wind. LOL
Make sure you rest your body! :-)

  8. I don't like to exercise either, but have being faithful to it since the 2nd week in Janaury. May we both keep it up!
