Counting Down

Eight more days.
Four and four more wake-ups.
Just over a week.
And then I'm going to see Lisa, and Leah, and Heather. And a bunch of other new girlfriends at the first ever gIRL Gathering.

That's all. I'm just sitting in my happy anticipation today. *grin*

How 'bout you? To what are you looking forward?

Leah - This Gathering is truly a dream come true for me. My Father loves me (I know this is true even when He doesn't give me special gifts like this trip. But I so love it when He spoils me like this. *grin*) and I can't wait to share in that love with you and all the other gIRLs!

Oh, I am so jealous! I hope you have so much fun!
I miss you!

And I have a question for you. Kind of a deep one. If you are around this weekend, I may end up giving you a call.

I'm looking forward to going to my cousin's wedding next week and spending time with family I don't see much.

Jackie - Ahhh! Enjoy the time with your family.
When my sister got married ten years ago our family had a lot of fun together. The thing is, while most of us lived within an hour of each other, it took my sister's wedding (12 hours away!) to get us all in one place. *sigh*
