FABULOUS ariticle, Karen!!! I found it extremely comforting as well! Thaks so much for providing the link.

Funny, as I was reading it, I kept thinking to myself, "WE are not in control! WE think we can 'fix' it all & control the outcome of our kids"...THEN I read the paragraph about (paraphrasing here) parents thinking too highly of themselves & not enough about God! HOW TRUE!!!

Faith & Grace - what an awesome combination!!
Thanks so much for this post, Karen!
Have a wonderful day!

Is it funny that I watched that with my kids? i think so! i'm so glad that i don't have to be perfect, but that it's all up to God! because I'm so NOT perfect!

Good stuff here sister! So important to realize and understand this especially about parenting. Interesting enough about God's perfect timing...my blog today is about growing pains as your children turn into YAK's. So awesome that when we are weak then we are strong...and how God's power is made perfect in our weakness...He alone is in control...and truly only God can motivate a heart. Love ya gal! Thanks for encouraging mothers...I hope that my post today does the same for you!

Gianna - I think it's great that you're watching with your kiddos. It's good for them to know we aren't perfect. That we're relyingon God for everything!

Leslie - Ahhh! I am without computer for another day, or two, or three...Just checking in from the library right now. And I am looking forward to reading that post of yours as soon as I have my own computer back. Love you!
