He Keeps Me Guessing

So the other day I walked in the door and was met immediately by Joshua rattling off 101 questions and needs.
OK, I may be exaggerating. But it felt like that many!
This type of greeting often puts me in a bad mood, and I was trying my hardest not to go down that road.
As if on cue, Joshua piped in with one more thing. "Hey, Mom, there's another group on Facebook!" (He's really big into the various groups on Facebook. I think he joins at least one a day.)
"Oh, yeah? What's this one called?"
"'We love our moms because they do so much for us.'"
"And are you a member?"
"Yeah!" *grin*

Was I really just about to get annoyed by this kid?

Indeed. He keeps me guessing!

I will have to be sure my son "finds" that one too! We have just begun the facebook journey with him, and I am praying about it big time. Enjoy your day!

That is sooooo sweet!! Love it!
Reminds me of the day Kiara was asking for a zillion things, I too was slowly getting a tad frazzled, when she disappeared & came back with 2 cookies wrapped in a napkin just for me! :)

Perceptive little cuties, aren't they?!? ;)

I love this.
I know we pray that prayer (yesterday's) that we want God to make it easy, but when He doesn't take a certain struggle away from us, He is so faithful to give us these little reminders of where exactly it is He's going.

Jan - Yeah, we only have the computer in a "public" place, and Joshua and I are friends. (With the agreement that I won't write on his wall. LOL) AND we have ways of getting into his account to check things out if necessary. Shhhh! Don't tell! So we're pretty comfortable with letting him use Facebook.
Now, if he could only talk us into getting him a cell phone.
Ha. Not a chance!

Patricia - That is sweet. Literally! *grin*
Yes, their perceptiveness can be a very good thing.

O Mom - I suppose I could have titled this post, "HE Keeps Me Guessing."

So cool that you live in MI as well. We are by Cadillac, about 2 hours south of the Big Mack :)

Nichole - I'm going to be so rich. *grin*

Angie - Yes, it is. And I'm holding on to that memory so I can access it as needed.

When my second born was younger, we once quietly counted how many questions he asked in the span of 9 miles while on a road trip.

We're still laughing about it today. I'm surrounded by questioners. I suppose they get it honest!

Blessed Sabbath rest to you and yours.
