Hey sweet Karen,
I needed this reminder today! Not only because it is Thanksgiving and I have much to be thankful for. But because we have a difficult counseling session tonight regarding Lindsey and her struggles. I need to reminded to thank God for all the things I didn't do instead of dwelling on "this thing."

What a wonderful post, especially in this season of Thanksgiving...a great reminder to be thankful ALL of the time!
We truly have much to be thankful for each and every day. And... I am thankful to the Lord for placing you in my life...for...you are truly a blessing in so many ways.
May the Lord bless you with a wonderful time spent with your family and friends and too... with the precious men and women at Edgewood.

Father, thank You for creating Lindsey and making Dori her mother. Thank You that You know exactly what Lindsey needs - because You know everything about her!
God, I am asking You now to give Dori and her husband wisdom as they head into this session tonight. Speak to them about what they need to say, and please lead the counselor in the way they need to proceed. I know You can do this, God. And I give You praise!
Father, I thank You for the day when Dori will be able to look back and thank You for this struggle which she didn't solve.

first of all these word verficiations are getting to be disgustingly long! didebeal? Come on!
Secondly, I didn't hear all of this because Maya was ARGUING with me about watching the video where you talk to her.
But the stuff I did catch was perfect. God gave us this house. Technically, we shouldn't be in it, but we are. God gave us a good neighborhood. God sent a GREAT pastor to our church.
There are lots of things that I don't have any right taking claim of!
Gianna - You know, now that you mention it, I realize it's been a loooong time since I've gotten a spam comment. Maybe the longer word verification is a good thing. *grin*
