Good morning, Karen...

Your sweet voice and THIS message absolutely blessed my socks off and brought me to tears.

Needed that.

Love you,
Dori

Boy did I need that this morning! I have some little things, some average things and some ginormous things that I am working on with God right now. One in particular is the the very untimely death of a dear friend. He died helping someone else. It just does not seem right. It has really rocked my and my husband's faith. Thank you for the encouraging words and the verse of that song. It is one of my favorite songs. Hope you have a great week!

God must have know this is just what I needed to hear today. I have been having mornings and evenings like this with my son. I get so frustrated and just want to scream. Thank you for sharing your heart and what God is showing you through your struggles as a mom. Much love and blessings,
Ronel

You know, sometimes I just can't wait 'til we get to heaven and get to see those difficult circumstances of our lives in God's "scheme of things"!! I can just imagine the relief — of seeing those hardships for what they really were.... character growers, opportunities for us to deepen our faith as we trust and depend on the Lord... and even that our kids weren't "ruined" by our shortcomings or mistakes...

Oh, how thankful I am for God's great purposes and plans — "to prosper you and not to harm you" — and for His unfailing love and tender mercies!!

Dori - *grin* I'm glad.
Love you, too!

Ginny - I am so sorry to hear about your friend! May God fill you with peace and His undeniable presence even in the midst of the pain.

Ronel - Of course He knew! Keep clinging to Him, my friend. His faithfulness will carry you.

Sara - I am thankful, too. Depending on them every day!
I kinda wonder if when we get to heaven we might forget completely about our hardships here on earth - as we see Him face to face, I think our earthly stuff will become invisibly dim!

I was reminded why you like Kathy Troccoli!
Oh, yes my friend, you sound EXACTLY like her. My mom likes Sandy Patti and she sounds (or at least used to) EXACTLY like her.

Yeah, today I was so MAD at Chris and so tired and so full of chores and responsibilities, yada yada, that I just kept repeating, "i don't like my life. I don't like my life." But that is such a lie.
What I needed to say was, I'm so tired. I'm so tired. Jesus, I need your strength because I'm so tired!

Gianna - Awwww. That's just about the nicest thing you could say to me. *grin*
"I'm so tired. I'm so tired. Jesus, I need Your strength because I'm so tired." If you don't mind, I think I'll be borrowing that mantra today.
Love you!

I don't know how many times I have cried out " I can't do this....I just can't do this any more" too and God has reminded me of that very song. Thanks for being mouthpiece in the moments of darkness and bringing some light and hope into my day.

Hangin in - I am so glad I could be that mouthpiece for you. When I first thought of making that video I wondered how God was going to take my 'yuck' moment and use it for someone's good. He is faithful!
