Ahh, fitness. I've been eagerly awaiting the new gym to open up in my town.

Okay, first of all: I want your arms.

Secondly, what a great correlations. So true. The hard times, the bitter times, all of these are opportunities to either strenghten or atrophy our spiritual muscles.
Nice post and nice gym! ;-)

And yes, you have great arms and beautiful skin too.

That was really great!! I'm just not sure I want to put myself on video each time I blog. It might scare people half to death!!

I need to come work out with your trainer. Girl, you are so fit!! I used to look like that until middle age attacked me and now gravity is not my friend at all!!

Wow. The other day I checked out your blog and saw this new post, but I never got around to watching it. God arranged for me to hear this at just the right time. Even now, tears are running down my cheeks, because I needed this exact reminder! I'm definitely going through a time where "it's too hard!", and I WANT to trust Him. I DO trust Him. I WILL CONTINUE to trust Him. Thank you so much for sharing what God lays on your heart, Karen :)
