Can You Relate to This?

Saw this on my friend's Facebook status the other day, and I'm wondering: Have you been there, too?

(Karen Hossink) frequently needs God to wrap His arm around her shoulder and put His hand over her mouth!

Ah, my friends! I KNEW I wasn't alone in this one. *grin*
The thing I love about this image is the very first part - God wrapping His loving arm around my shoulder - as if to say, My dear Karen, I love you too much to let you say those unkind words.
May each one of You sense His loving embrace today!

LOL! Oh yes I have experienced that many times. You are not alone my friend! :D

Yes! Yes! Yes! But for me the mental picture goes further...I can be seen peeling His mighty strong fingers back sometimes...still trying to get my words out...and that my friend is NOT a pretty mental picture!

Edie - I'm glad I'm not alone.

Nichole - Drop your hands. Now! *grin*

Sal - But we're moving toward the 'not,' right?

I'm thinking some holy duct tape for my mouth would not be inappropriate. For heaven's sake, sometimes things just fall from my lips before my heart engages.

Leah - That mouth is a hard thing to control, isn't it?
Keep thinking about Ps. 139:4 - Before a word is on my lips, you know it comletely, O Lord. Yep, He knows right when to wrap that arm around me!

Brianna - So glad to meet you. Looks like you're going to fit in nicely here. *grin*
