Can You Trust ME Now?

If you aren't familiar with the Verizon commercials, watch this first.

In just eleven days, Amanda and I are going to be interviewing each other. If you haven't sent her a question for me yet, I hope you will!

Thanks for this beautiful reminder, Karen! Why is it I seem to "forget" to trust Him when I'm in the "thick of it"?!?! Yesterday, though, I made a conscious effort *not* to forget & yes, you guessed it, it all worked out!! :)

Hang in there, my friend, & may you feel HIS big HUG wrapped around you!!

Patricia - I'm glad to hear everything worked out yesterday. No surprise there!

And wouldn't you know it, today was the day to add the next verse in Psalm 139 to my memory challenge. Let's see if I've got it - You hem me in - behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. (v.5)
Yes! I'm paying attention to feel that HUG. Thanks!

This is an area in my life where I continue to struggle - in spite of all the examples in my life where I can see God working. Hopefully all those Verizon commercials will now be an opportunity for me to hear His voice reminding me that I am not in control and need to put my trust in Him. Thank you for your wisdom Karen.

Oh Karen, I can't tell you how much I needed this reminder. I need it continually right now. Would you mind following me around and repeating it to me over and over and over and... :)

Just yesterday I was talking to God about my faith really being stretched to full capacity now. Any more and I will pull the muscle. I am thankful that He knows exactly how far we can stretch. I am thankful for you too.

KM - I'll watch for that email!

Tricia - Yes! Let God use those commercials to remind you.
He has given me numerous things like a commercial which remind me about a lesson He's been teaching me. I love it. 'Cuz each time I see that thing, it's like He's speaking to me again.

Edie - I would love to come to TX and follow you around. Edie, can you trust ME now?
You know, if you pull a muscle you're going to have to sit still and let Him hold you while it heals.
Hmmm, could that be His M.O.? Let's see, if I stretch her just so far that she pulls a muscle, then she'll have to be still. And when she isn't running around like a crazy person, she'll be free to receive my love. Yeah. I like this plan!
I wonder...
